RNA THERAPY - TARGETED
RNATICS develops targeted nucleic acid therapies against disease-causing RNAs in macrophages. With our delivery technology the underlying disease biology of macrophage-driven lung diseases can be addressed beyond currently available approaches. The lead candidate RCS-21 is being developed to address exacerbating IPF patients to improve the outcome of acute exacerbations and avoid future exacerbations. It is currently in phase I clinical testing, and we expect the read-out of the trial towards the end of the year. Full profile
